Reward your body and mind by participating in a new and fun way to move your body while freeing your soul!  Using techniques of professional aerialists, yogis and fitness gurus the hammocks will give you the flight of your life and help you achieve optimal strength, flexibility, proprioception and potential!

 Foundations of Flight

Beginner

1 hour

Monday  7:30 pm to 8:30 pm

A course for those who want to spend time understanding the dynamics of Aerial silks and use them to reshape their minds and bodies to a whole new practice.  This class is for beginner movers of all sorts.  No Yoga experience necessary!

Yogi’s Flight

Level 2

Thursday Nights 5:45 – 7:00

A class for yoga students looking to deepen their practice, their flexibility and strength, Yogi’s flight uses traditional yogic asanas and breathing while suspending mid air to align the body, center the mind and comfort the self.  We recommend this class for those with some yoga or movement experience, as there is inversions and proprioception development.
